Tanzania's first university graduate


Mwl. Mathew Douglas Ramadhan is the first Tanzanian university graduate, education officer and black secondary school headmaster. Born on September 11, 1915 in Zanzibar, Mwalimu Mathew graduated with B.A. (Econ) in 1951.
